I agree, when I saw the full 1 minute commercial on TV it got my attention. Made me proud to be a long time Ford owner.
Only one question. Where the hell is my C1 based Focus ST Ford?! Why? Oh wait, you’re too afraid to bring a more premium brand to the states. You’re afraid you might dethrone a pony Mustang and inevitably jump start your own push for more compact, fuel efficient cars. Then you push out this ad saying ‘we deserve your trust, your loyalty and your money’ when you are lacking a superior product for those who don’t want a Mustang, don’t want a truck and don’t want an SUV.
Fuck foreign cars, America does and always has made the best automobiles.
Ford will be the way, comeback company of the year.

The problem I think is that people will be afraid of the price because the new Euro focus was not designed with the US market on the plan and the exchange ratio would make the car too expensive right now to import, Mullaly plan is for Ford to globalize the cars and that means that the next generation Euro focus by 2010 will come here

when im 6 or something i always watched a tv show w/ a talking fords including red convertible mustang,white expedition and others and their garage is an air plane…………..
i kinda forgot the title of that show………………

European Fords are the best = Build quality just as good as any German-made car and as reliable as any Japanese car. Take heed America!

@DjBitchBoy Well it can’t be from Ford USA due to the fact that North America won’t get the New Fiesta until 2011, yet it’s been out here in Europe for almost 2 years now.
@80sfordman it’s them dude just they diffrent engeener them cuz there are diffrente factors,fuel economy for europe,clima,streets, the same as Ford Australia
@DjBitchBoy Trust me, they’re designed & engineered Essex (England), BridgeEnd (Wales) and Saarloius (Germany). If I remember correctly I’m pretty sure BridgeEnd is where they’ve designed and are building the new EcoBoost engines.
I’m not arguing, I’m just saying thats all.
